Location

Traverse City is located in the northwest corner of Michigan's lower peninsula. The city itself is absolutely fantastic, nestled between cherry orchards, vineyards, rolling hills and water as far as the eyes can see. Traverse is a 5-hour drive from Chicago along the west coast of Michigan, and about 4 hours from Detroit in the southeast corner of the state. Not only is Traverse City a true sportsman�s paradise, but it is a wonderful city for a family vacation as well, with more than enough activities for all to enjoy.

Where we will meet will depend on several factors including the weather, time of day, and if we are fishing on one of the two Bays, or on an inland lake around the Traverse area. This location and full directions will be discussed prior to the trip.
